Dip Experts Plus does not issue refunds on deposits or payments, and all sales are final. If the client leaves with the vehicle as is, this will be considered acknowledgment that they are satisfied with the workmanship. Any touch-ups requested after leaving Dip Experts Plus will incur additional costs. A $25 fee will be added to the total for any missed appointment.

Please exercise caution when fueling your vehicle, as gasoline is a solvent and may stain your dipped vehicle. Dip Experts Plus is not liable for any damages to the vehicle while it is in the company's possession.

The vehicle will not be released until the full balance is paid. If payment is not made, a $125 per day storage fee will be charged after the first day of non-payment. If the balance remains unpaid for 30 days, Dip Experts Plus may initiate the process for a mechanic’s lien.

All bodywork must be paid in full at the time of drop-off. If the bodywork is not paid in full, the vehicle will not be released.
